By inviting or using Levelier, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the bot or website.
The service
Levelier provides Discord leveling tools including XP, levels, rank cards, leaderboards, role rewards, streaks, analytics, scheduled XP events, and configuration tools. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued.
Discord account and permissions
You must use Levelier in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for the permissions granted to the bot and for ensuring that your server configuration is lawful and appropriate.
Acceptable use
Do not use Levelier to harass, abuse, deceive, spam, disrupt, or facilitate unlawful activity. Do not attempt to interfere with the bot, bypass access controls, or exploit its data or infrastructure.
Server administration
Server administrators control leveling settings, rewards, stored server data, and member records. Administrators are responsible for using those controls appropriately and for informing members when required.
Premium
Premium features may include analytics, custom role XP boosts, higher level-role limits, and higher custom-message limits. Premium access is managed through the support server and may be changed or revoked for abuse or operational reasons.
Availability
The service is provided on an availability basis without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or preserve every historical record. Keep independent backups of important configuration where appropriate.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Levelier and its operator are not liable for indirect losses, interrupted service, Discord changes, lost progress, or actions taken by server administrators or members.
Changes and termination
These terms may change as the service develops. Access may be limited or terminated when necessary, including for abuse, security, legal, or operational reasons.
